HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, please follow these steps:
- Select the product size you want from the Drop-Down menu
- Select "Add to cart"
You can add as many products as you like to your SHOPPING CART before completing your order. To proceed to checkout, go to the SHOPPING CART and select FINISH ORDER, then follow the on-screen instructions.
DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL STORES?
No, we are an online retailer - we do not have physical stores and we do not give the public access to our warehouse for Health and Safety reasons.
HELP, I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ARTICLE
If you suspect that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer services team before returning any item within seven days of receiving your order. We will advise you on how to proceed further. Please do not use any faulty or incorrect items after you have found the fault as we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
If you fail to contact us before returning a defective item, your return may be rejected.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
We often have sales and seasonal discounts; please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media for the latest updates.
HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
- Go to the COSUL (it is located at the top right of the site).
- Select Continue when finished.
- Enter the Discount Code in the Discount Codes box.
- Select Apply Coupon and your discount will be applied.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE. WHAT CAN I DO?
We cannot manually add the discount once you have placed your order; however, you can still use the discount on your next order if the code is still valid. Please note that the discount code is only available once.
MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED, PROCESSED?
If your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you used to place your order. If you have not received this e-mail, please check your SPAM folder.
Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Unfortunately, we cannot update your e-mail address after you have placed your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We cannot change your order once you have placed it, as our warehouse team works hard to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You can, however, change your order as much as you like before making payment.
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you call us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse team, in which case you are welcome to return the items for a refund once you receive them.
