S.C. COLIBRI FASHION S.R.L.reserves the right to operate at any time, any changes to the technical data, structure and interface of any page or subpage of the site and the prices presented on the site www.kippio.comwithout prior individual or general notification. Technical data presented on the website www.kippio.comare for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual obligation. Images of products presented on the website www.kippio.com are for information only and there may be slight differences between them and the product due to the quality of the photography. Products are as described on the Product Page.
Order products exclusively online, order directly on the website or by e-mail. The products are offered within the limits of stock held by Hummingbird Fashion. Users of the site are notified when a product is no longer available either by displaying the message "Out of stock" on the product details page of the site or, if the products have already been ordered, by e-mail.
Products made to order, according to the Client's indications, other than those presented on the website www.kippio.com, they are NOT returnable!
There is no minimum order value.
V. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 10 working days from the date of purchase of the product, the date written on the invoice or on the receipt. To this end, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the intention to return the product. Notification to the Seller can be made by telephone or by email to office@kippio.com.
The product must be returned with all labels intact, undamaged and with no traces of wear. The return of products is only made through courier companies and we do not accept returns sent by Romanian Post.
The cost of the return transport is borne by the Buyer, who requests the return in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. We do not accept return parcels with cash on delivery.
For returned products that meet all of the requirements specified above, the value will be transferred to the Buyer by bank transfer. For this purpose, the Buyer will have to send to the Seller by email the IBAN account consisting of 24 characters and the name of the account holder. The money will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return of the products. The return costs will be borne by the customer.
Do not send the parcel with cash on delivery, it will be refused without any further notification!
Any return that does not meet the above conditions will be refused!
VI. PRODUCT WARRANTY
If the product you have received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the one ordered, you can return it within 30 days, together with a copy of the invoice and receipt. The product must be returned with the labels intact and without any traces of wear or use. Once we have checked the product and found the non-conformities, we will refund you the value of the returned product within the time limit and conditions stipulated above.
VII. EXCHANGE RATE
Exchange rates may be set and updated on a regular basis and please note that such updates may affect the price of the goods at Checkout. You will be charged according to the exchange rate applicable at the time you actually place your order through Checkout, as displayed in Checkout.
The exchange rate is set according to the policy of the manufacturer's bank, Raiffeisen Bank.
VIII. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect the confidentiality of customer data and undertake not to transmit their personal data to third parties and to use them exclusively for the purpose for which they were entered (placing the order) and for commercial information about the brand. COLIBRI KIDS.

Personal data collected will be used only for the stated purpose of this website. The information in the order form filled in by users will be used to send order confirmations, any promotions organised in our shop, newsletters and for the delivery of orders, only with the prior consent of the site user.
