  • How can I customize a product?

Please take into account that not all products are customizable. When you like and click on a product, if next to it, is included this section Customize with the child's name then this means the product can be customized. This service costs 14,99 lei.


  • What payment methods are accepted?

On Romanian territory, you can pay cash upon delivery, online by card or via bank transfer. Outside Romania you can pay only online via card or bank transfer. For more information regarding the bank transfer please check our HOW DO I PAY section


  • What delivery methods are available?

In Romania, we work with FAN Courier to deliver the orders and outside Romania, we collaborate with UPS to deliver in Europe, USA and Canada.


  • How long does the order take?

For Romania it takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver and outside Romania depending on the type of shipping it takes 1 to 2 working days or 1 to 5 working days.


  • How can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend calling us as soon as possible at (+40)730 811 111. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse team; in this instance, you are welcome to return the items for a refund once you receive them.
